Cingeneyiz.org web site is built for two main reasons : Reflecting Gypsy culture with its richness and to give an opportunity to Gypsies to share their problems with the community in its best way. Cingeneyiz TV will give a stronger chance to reach these goals which was adopted at the starting point of cingeneyiz.org. Visuals will be used in ÇİNGENEYİZ TV will help a large segment of the society to get a better idea about Gypsy culture and will also give a chance to gypsies to express themselves.

The main reason of the problems is Gypsies' not being known well by the neighbour societies. By repeating unreal superstitions, prejudices,imputations they are stick in people's mind. When all these prejudices become widespread they started to be accepted as indisputable truths by our neighbourhoods who don't know us well enough. People who are under the influence of these prejudices don't behave positively to Ggypsies inherently.
Prejudices make Gypsies' life harder in many fields. Prejudices put up a wall between Gypsies and non-gypsies and diverge them from each other. The main reason of the poverty which is above average in every country is this distance. Prejudices alienate Gypsies from the society in every field of the field. Prejudices force most of the Gypsies to live the at the very bottom of poverty. Unfortunately Gypsies who live in good conditions are still the minority of Gypsy society.
Gypsies' basic choice is always strengthen the unity in every country. The most important problem of the our brothers in the world is the walls between us and other citizens. Every brick of this wall is made of various prejudices. By pulling all the bricks one by one we should demolish the wall between us and other citizens. When we demolish the wall unity will become stronger, Gypsies and non-gypsies will understand each other better.
As cingeneyiz.org we have been struggling to build bridges for healthy communication between other parts of the society and the Gypsies for the last five years. With the contribution of CİNGENEYİZ TV results of this struggle will become more visible.

Distance betwewn Gypsies and non-Gypsies won't go away by showing Gypsies as the japer of every era. Every gypsy tribe whose base is commercial nomadism has a very honorable culture. Gypsies are always primary elements of the societies which they provided handicrafts and services for thousand years. When we struggle againist the prejudices we should change the unilateral japer image of Gypsies and try to present multi dimensional traditional gypsy cultures. As cingeneyiz.org we have been trying to emphasize that we deserve the same respect with other citizens of every country Gypsies live in. We will carry on our mission in CİNGENEYİZ TV as well.
CİNGENEYİZ TV will be a field to share all well qualified products of Gypsy cultures. We will present both productions of young musicians, artists and also Gypsy poets and piece of literatures. CİNGENEYİZ TV will be a field where people can find so many different elements of Gypsy culture. However clownishness which reflects our people as deprived of wisdom and conscience won't find a place in our TV.

CİNGENEYİZ TV is being built with limited possibilities. We don't have a substantial structure which can be comparable with other institutions. Our only surety is the humanistic savings which we have achieved in 5 years. We believe in only the volunteer labor of our friends. Every visual which shows gypsy people's problems, traditions life syles and working lives, songs, lullabies, fairy tales and languages and which will broadcast in CİNGENEYİZ TV will all be made by volunteers.
CİNGENEYİZ TV will help everyone who wants to tell about his problems, express himself. CİNGENEYİZ TV will improve and develop with volunteers' support and labor. From blunder to mastership our only guide will be expectations and needs of our people.

CİNGENEYİZ TV will be on between 00.00-18.00, please visit www.cingeneyiz.org When you go to home page it will automatically show at the bottom of the page. And RADIO CİNGENE will continue broadcasting between 18.00-00.00.
